Day 5 Week 14

It's finally last day of my intern!!!!!

Although today last day, but I still have some tasks to do. Early in the morning, I try to speed up and finish the duplicate content tasks, So around 2 pm I finished the task and I prompted Sam (Supervisor) and he assigned me another task again which is designing a Hari Raya banner for their "Entertop" website.

Sam(Supervisor) allow me freedom design and without any limit. So I just design it, I submit to Sam(Supervisor) before I leave this company. Haha.....

Before I leave I say goodbye to everyone and Thanks to them guide me during my intern period. Although this company treats me like full-time employee make me feel unbalance sometimes, but this tough really discovery myself actually still got space to improve and ordeal my patience at the same time as well.

And..... Selamat Hari Raya!!!!!!! Woohoooooooooooo 14 weeks ended!

Day4 Week 14

Left one more day! hahahahhhahaa....

I thought today I will be free, but i was wrong! Early in the morning, I start testing the template code files. After 2 hours more, I get informed by Bryan (Supervisor) I have complete the UAT website checking before lunch.

So after lunch, Sam assigned me another task which is same as last 2 days ago, duplicate the whole content from the original website to wordpad.Huh.....a lot time to burn again....really troublesome work. Today I just finish 30%, and hope tomorrow I can finish end of the day because tomorrow my last day intern!!!!! woohooo~~~~

Day 3 Week 14

Countdown 2 more days to go!

Today just continue yesterday task, testing the template code files and do a little bit amendment. So far... I just like rest whole day. The day nothing to do is really boring, I almost fall asleep.

Hmm...just feel time pass really fast. I'm working here almost 3 months! Bravo... hahah

Day 2 Week 14

Two more days! hahah

Today no UAT, no data input, no video edit...just testing the simple template code! hahah...I found a lot of bugs but I don't have any idea. So I just do simple html and css edit.

Hmm.... yea. Im so free now!

Day 1 Week 14

Woohoo... countdown 4 more days!!

Today I so free....just do UAT website checking. I finished this tasks within 3 hours because it's really simple website. hahaha....

So after that, I continue do testing the template code file on the server. So I found some files that error when I testing it. Hmmm.... and I try to use my basic programming knowledge to fix it.

Oh yea, today have a new colleague because Melvin (Colleague) resigned last two weeks. And this new colleague name Niza and she a Malay girl. haha... Welcome to Entertop!!!

Day 5 Week 13

Today whole day focus on one task which is testing the template code. So I use the whole day to test that template created by a programmer in order to find out the issues and list down.

I just solve some issues that I know. For example like the position, font, and size issues. Because others are too difficult for me. haha... Once I finish all the checking and export all the complete template to zip files and upload to the office server.

I prompted Tung (Supervisor) after I done all the checking.

Day 4 Week 13

Hmm...today supposed fully focus on the testing template tasks.But.... Sam (Supervisor) assigned me another task which is duplicate one of the section contents from website and paste in WordPad. Huh.... I thought it just a little bit.

I was wrong. A lot have to do....and I have to do this tasks by the end of the day. So after lunch, I keep doing and non-stop! And very lucky, I finished at 6.24pm!! Haha...the task that assigned by Tung (Supervisor) I have to postpone again..... 

Day 3 Week 13

Today Holidays!! but...I don't have. T_T!

I think recently don't have any data input tasks, so today I just continue to test the template code files. This tasks I need upload to the CMS system server and test one by one.

Besides that, Sam (Superior) assigned me a new task which is list down sections that need to apply translate function. So I postpone the previous task to tomorrow and continue this task because this one is urgent.

Btw, I feel goood today because no traffic jam! T_T

Day 2 Week 13

Today early morning, Tung (Superior) assigned me to rename and edit the coding files. After done, Tung (Superior) assigned another task which is testing the programming files one by one by using localhost. 

So Tung (Superior) installed the offline CMS on my desktop in order I can apply the code files inside to test it. This task is not that urgent, so I start to do the website amendment first. The amendment is not that much, just a minor things just like replace, add on and recorrect the text.

Although it's not that much, but both are different sections. So, I finished this task about 5.45pm. After done, I continue the task that Tung (Superior) assigned me. It's about 6.30pm, so I plan to continue tomorrow.

Day 1 Week 13

Today re-upload the gallery pictures because the website has some errors. So the whole long day, I just self-learning because don't have any data need to update.

Day 5 Week 12

I reached company early in the morning and start to update data which is add two more townships in the property sections. It's not that many, so it only took me 4 hours to updated. Before I finish the update, Tung asked me to prepare a township list for the client to confirm.

After lunch, I start to check back the entire website and create a township list in Microsoft Excel. This task, I have to check one by one to make sure all the data are true and list down all the details. I finished this around 6pm and sent it to Bryan (Superior).

Is 6.45pm, so I prompted Bryan to say goodbye before leave company. :p

Day 4 Week 12

Today I'm so free and nothings to do, so I continue to learn the bootstrap from the internet. Yea.... This week is really really free than previous weeks! haha...Because don't have any tasks to do, I feel a little bit boring and sleepy....

Hmmm...before left the company, Vincent (Colleague) seek for me to help him do some data input tomorrow~ Is good!  tomorrow I have something to do... :p

Day 3 Week 12

Basically, I just do some very simple tasks. Just checking the whole website to make sure all the links are correct. After done the checking, I listed down all the error links and sent to Tung (Superior).

So, I start to clean up my desktop because it's really messy! ! Haha..too much tasks last time! T_T

After cleaned up, I continue rechecking another website page by page in order to make sure nothing errors!

Day 2 Week 12

Today wake up so early and reach company sharp at 9a.m! haha... because the day of internship going to end^^

Because of tomorrow is one of the website will be publish and the clients forgot inform us to update the pdf files, so me and Melvin (Colleague) have to update and link back all 40++ PDF files. Lukicly it's not that troublesome, we finished before lunch! hahah...

After lunch, me and Vincent (Colleague) metting with Sam to discuss about the new templete layout design of the news letter section. Around 5.30pm, I finished the wireframe in photoshop. Thanks for the senior design Zul (Colleagues) for guided me how to make the design more nicer and readability.

And today is the last day Melvin (Colleague)  working here, because he have some family matter. So...yea. nice to meet you and good luck! ^^

Day 1 Week 12

Woohoo~ It's week 12 :p Finally, two more weeks my intern life will end^^

Today same like last week, I have nothing to do. So I re-check back the website banner last week I updated in order make sure don't have any error . Besides, also do some website data amendment that clients informed afternoon.

After did all the tasks, I seek for Zul (Colleague) ask about the web design knowledge in order to enhance my knowledge. So basically this is what i did today! hahah...Like retired :)

Day 5 Week 11

Yoohoo~  this week working day end! T.G.I.F

Today only Bryan (Director) in  office and the other two directors went to Johor meet clients. Hm... I take half day to finish the banners amendment, and after that I continue to do the university website UAT because it going to launch next week!

So basically, these five days are free then last week! Haha.... And next, Wednesday one of my colleagues will resign, so I think I will get to know another new friend later :p

Day 4 Week 11

Today reach company sharp at 9a.m and continue do the data amendment. About 11a.m Sam (Director) informed me and Melvin (Colleague) to have a short meeting. This meeting is to discuss the motor website update.

Sam (Director) informed me the clients agreed on the banners that I changed yesterday, so now I have to continue to change the rest banners, total 30 plus! T_T... So today whole day I just keep resizing the motor  in the banner and one by one upload to the website. Besides, I also have to resize the title of the products name. Huh......

I have to resize all the banners and title because the banners look really small when mobile view. And today I just did 40%, and tomorrow I will finish the rest!

Day 3 Week 11

Wednesday again. Two more days and the weekend is coming soon! haha

I think recently just left some simple job because a lot of things still pending. So today I just resize the motors picture again because Sam (Director) said that banners don't fit it. Yea.. just three banners! Haha..

After finished resize the banners, I start to do the UAT test before the website publish. Actually, the UAT did few times already for this website, because the programmer department moves the demo site to the actual server, so I have to do again. Besides, I also do some amendment. I cant finish the amendment today because some information not really clear, and tomorrow Melvin (Colleague) will help me to clarify the info.

Day 2 Week 11

Today is Tuesday. Haha...feel relax today also because I have a little and simple tasks to do only. Actually not me, same as others colleague :p

So today I just resize and adjust the size of few motor banners and upload to the server, so once Sam (Director) get approve by clients, I need to resize 40 plus pictures again! haha.. Besides that, I also do a little amendment about the website data.

So both of us back early today and no OT! ~ Good day!

Day 1 Week 11

First day of the new week! Today I  just do some simple tasks example like create a few icons and do some little amendment. I finished all the tasks before lunch. 

So after back from lunch, I have nothing to do. And Bryan and Sam (Director) go for meeting early in the morning. Sam (Director)  back to company 5.30pm and Bryan (Director) didn't back. 

The good news is Sam (Director) didn't assign me to do anything! hahaa.... so I just wait until 6.30pm and back home!!

Day 5 Week 10

Is T..G.I.F again! Time to rest again~hahah

Basically, I did my task since yesterday, I have nothing to do and both of directors didn't assign me to do any tasks. So I decide to help my colleagues to decrease their pressure~haha

I helped Melvin (Colleague) to do the user guide for another website. Just try to make it very simple in order to easy guide the users. So I roughly did the whole website user guide and passed it to Melvin (Colleague), and he does some adjust / amendment and will pass it to Sam(Director) later.
Actually, this supposed to be Melvin (Colleague) job, but I just help him, because he has some tasks to rush.

About 4.30pm I start to help Vincent (Colleague)  to do some data input just same like yesterday copy and paste the data from the old website to new website. Because of just helping colleagues, I didn't open any tasks on tasks management system. hahaha.....

And it 6.30pm now! I supposed to go back but heavy raining! So.... I just sit back and continue doing the data input tasks.

Day 4 Week 10

Today is Thursday. Yesterday I have done the user guide document task. So today I continue to do some checking. Luckily I have do the checking because I found some mistake and some pictures sequences messed up.

About 3pm, I finished all the checking and all the amendment. And today both directors didn't assign me any tasks to do....hmm... maybe I almost done everything? haha

Because of I nothing to do, so I decide to help Vincent (Colleague) to move 100+ news information from older website to new website. hahaha...  Today I back at 6.40pm and I just only done 10+ , hahha....is okay! If tomorrow still nothing to do, I will continue help! :p

Day 3 Week 10

Today is a good day! So all my tasks I finished yesterday, and today just help up Melvin to create the website user guide.

So before I start the tasks, I schedule it on tasks management system. So today whole day I just focus on doing the user guide tasks. And I feel really sleepy this morning. After back from lunch, my energy back, and I continue doing my task.

Today no meeting, no new tasks!  Just screenshot and photoshop the picture. This task, I have to clear what I'm doing, because it's indicator clients how to do the data update and data manage. of course, this task takes a long time to do.

I finished this tasks roughly 6.15pm.  Although outside still heavy rain ....but I 'm still going back at 6.40pm. Finally, no more OT today!!! T_T 

Day 2 Week 10

Today just continue do the yesterday data amendment and checking the website. Early in the morning, once I reach company, i just start doing my tasks.

Because of too much things and troublesome, so i have to take more time to do checking and do amendment.  And Sam and Bryan (Director)  prompted me suddenly to update my tasks to let them know my progress. Actually It's quite troublesome and take time to set a tasks, but it's okay.

So while Im doing,  Melvin (Colleague) infromed me that Bryan and Same (Direcotor) asked again my progress and rush me to finish as fast as possible. T_T I knew lo!  It's really take time to do the tasks, i cant even fast. Sigh....

Because of that, i do two tasks at the same time! Around 5pm i finished both tasks and continue help Melvin (Colleague) to do the data updata user guide for client. And time passed so fast, it's sharp 6.30pm and i back at 7pm.

So the user guide leeft 2 section haven finish it, I have to finish it tomorrow end of the date, because tomorrow have to send it to client.

Day 1 Week 10

Although it's Monday blue, but.....it already week 10! Woohoo...

Today what I did is do one of the food cafe website data input. This website actually almost done, just left some amendment need to do. It's just very simple but it also needs to take some time to do. While I'm doing the amendment of this website, Bryan (Director) asked me to go his office because the others website that I updated last week still have some mistake.

Because of this, I have to stop doing the current web site amendment and continue the last week one. About 4pm, everyone meeting and discuss the task manager system problem and some of the website data input mistake. In order to make sure everyone clear about what's is our own position, Sam, and Bryan (Directors) need us to key in the tasks details by details, which creates tasks section by section.

So after done the meeting, my tasks schedule increase, because they separated all the sections  make it more details. 

And...I have to finish all the data input and the user guide data input for the client by this coming Wednesday! Huh.....It's really full fill my weekdays! Oh yea.. today I get my salary! But the bad things is the salary really low than what I'm expected. I think I almost OT every working days, but they just counted me one day OT salary and incentive just RM 25 !!!

So bad!!!

Day 5 Week 9

Today ! Is ! Friday ! Woohoo....

So today I just doing some simple tasks, just UTA checking the whole website. I check page by page, details by details in order to make sure I finish input all the data.

Because of the website too much info and complicated, I took almost half day to complete the checking. After done the checking, I found I have few sections haven do the data input, so I do it immediately.

I finished it sharp at 6.30pm, and is time to back! But....when I prepare to shut down my computer, Sam called me to the office. He assigned me another website to do some amendment, so next Monday I have to finish this new tasks end of the day.

Huh.... enjoy my weekend first! Shit tasks ...T_T

Day 4 Week 9

Today is Thursday. It's mean weekend is coming soon! Early in the morning, I start to update the tasks and continue yesterday work after I reach the company. And today Sir Muzamir will be casually visiting my intern company. Roughly 11.40am, Sir Muzamir reach and make a call to me,  I immediately go down to welcome VIP! haha....

Yesterday I informed that Bryan (Director) my lecture will be coming today. Because of  Bryan (Director) have some big project to rush these few days, so he just informed me that he need exchange name card with my lecture. So Ms. Lim just prepares the meeting room in order to let me and Sir Muzamir talk together. We talk about the working environment, how the colleague here, what I do and others......

Almost 12.30pm lunchtime, Sir Muzamir took me to lunch at Paparich by his nice car! While eating, we also chit chat about how other interns situation and travel topic. Roughly 1.30pm, Sir Muzamir sent me back to take office and we took a selfie!!!

So I back to company continue the tasks because tomorrow I have to finish all the tasks that assigned by Bryan (Director). At 6pm, all of us (me, Vincent and Melvin) have a meeting with Bryan (Director) about the website update status. After meeting, I continue to finish some of the sections I haven do input yet and.... yea. I OT again! I leave the company at 7.30pm. Damn.... tired day.

Btw, do really thx Sir Muzamir treat me lunch! Best teacher ever!! :p

Day 3 Week 9

It's Wednesday ! Feel like weekend passed so fast and weekdays so long. Hm... today I just continue the website that i start update from Monday. So, whole long day i just like a robot keep do the same things open folders, copy/page code, download picture and keep refresh the website.

These continueos step make me feel very sleepy.T_T! And today dont have other tasks, just focus on one website data input.

So, i OT until 7.30pm and leave company, because im really sleepy and tired....

Day 2 Week 9

Today is the launching day of Invest Selangor! Before this site publishes, I double check again and still found out some problem, so I informed Vincent (Colleague).

After finished lunch, Invest Selangor website finally published at 2 o'clock. So this tasks completed and I have to continue another new task which is data input again. T_T! This website same like the previous one, it's also a huge website about the estate.

And….yea. I have to insert data one by one. Resize pictures, copy and paste the article, make an adjustment the typography and some simple coding. Still left 3 days to finish this new tasks data input. Hmm...i think...I can finish it by the end of this week! Argh!

Day 1 Week 9

The weekend passed and Monday blue again. Tomorrow 2pm we have to launch the website last week I keep rushed on. Although all of us finished the amendment, but the problem still keep appear. This is because the website too much information and few different browsers have to fit in.

By the way, I also rushing others website. This new website I have to finish within this week because it urgent and it's a big company in Malaysia. The sad thing is, I have to copy all the information data from the original old website, and it's a lot!

Sometimes, I haven done the task yet, the others directors will assign new tasks for me again. So, I don't have any time to rest just like a robot.

Luckily I finished the icon design last week because just now Sam (Director) asked me to upload all the icon to the website before leave. Huh....... Gambateh!

Day 5 Week 8

Week 8 done! Woohoo!  Today just update the one of the websites because today is last day to update the data and do an amendment. Although we keep doing the amendment for few times, but still have some mistake. This is because the website is really huge and contain a lot of information.

I update this website since the second weeks I enter. So it's almost taken me 2 months time to do data input. Finally, today has done this! So after the update and do adjust all the minor- minor things, I start to do the UAT which is user test. This UAT task took me 2 hours to finish it because I have to check page by page about the small details, systems error, and also the spelling mistake.

After done the UAT, I pass it to Vincent (Colleague) to fix the backend issues, and I just fix the spelling mistake and some basic code things. Once I finished all the amendment, I submit to Sam (Director) and update the tasks status on Zoho system management.

I though after done this i can take some rest and just relax next week. But...... Bryan (Director) call us to meeting to talk about another new website. It's another huge website again!!! Shit! And Bryan (Director) need us to finish that new website data input as fast as possible by next week. Finish all the data by end of next week!!!!!!

Sigh. Next week i have to keep non-stop update the data! Weekend is coming, Monday blue also coming!!! T_T

Before leave, because of the Kawasaki site clients informed Vincent (Colleague) to update some data. So, i stay late to help him. And this whole week, everyday OT. Huh..... working life

Day 4 Week 8

Because yesterday was a final day to do amendment. So today I only do some data recorrect and some news and event section update. The overall of the website design and all the structure cant be modify again.

Today i just keep fixing problem and design a new icons. Althought sound like a little bit things to do, but actually it's a lot an take a lot of time to do.

I finished fixed all the minor problem and continue the UAT.  And i just done 30% UAT end of the day, because this is a huge government website, so i have to check one by one to make sure zero wrong. Almost 7.30pm, i plan to back and continue the UAT task tomorrow!

Day 3 Week 8

Today is one of the web sites final updates. So, many tasks I have to do, although it just minor things. After I done some update and going to end my tasks today, clients sent the information again. And I have to keep continue update.

When I do some data input, Sam (Director) asked me to do some amendment about the video. Because today is last day, clients provided a lot of information. In order to finish all the update, I OT until 7.15pm!  I decide to back early because almost OT every day. So......yea~ is really tired!

Day 2 Week 8

Today still a busy day. But the lucky things is all the amendment just minor things! So I start the google coordinate once I reach the company, it's around 80+ I have to find the location and do input on the server.

In the same time, I also do others website checking to make sure that website zero error. So I finished the checking before lunch. I finished the google coordinate task around 4.30pm and continue to start another amendment  on the same website. Adjust the photo more bright, insert new data provided by the client, upload picture, and document. Because today is last day to help clients do data input, so they provide and amendment a lot!

I'm so lucky because I finished all the tasks sharp at 6.30pm! So before leave, I do prompt Bryan(Director) i have done all the task.

Day 1 Week 8

Time flies, it's a new week! Monday blue again! Today just do 10 logos design, and after I finished I just realize that logo actually did already. Shit.... I didn't pay much attention and just keep doing. Is okay!

So I just continue updat4e others information. And Bryan told me that I still left 40% of portfolios picture haven upload last week. And I thought  the left pictures I have to wait for Bryan(Director) inform and can update it slowly, I was wrong! Because of this reason and it's priority high, I have to finish this task end of the day. What's a bad day!!!!!

Hm......so today same like last 2 weeks OT again. Sigh. Btw, this time was my wrong. I do my best and finish it as fast as possible. Finally i finished at 7.10pm ! 

Day 5 Week 7

Today is Friday black! T_T Once I reach the company, I just like yesterday just start doing data update. Because Zul (Colleague) really busy, so he assigned to design 10 icons for 2 websites. It looks simple but it actually hard, because I have to design icons that can fit with websites. Roughly 4 hours, I did the icons design.

So, Bryan (Director) has a meeting with me and Melvin (Colleague) to discuss the website data input and do an amendment. After finished meeting, it's about 5 O'clock. And Bryan needs us to fix the issues and done all the amendment by end of today. This is because tomorrow is the due date. 

So all of us (me, Zul, Vincent and Melvin) work together to finish this urgent task. So we keep doing and non-stop! We have to resize 300+ pictures and re-upload to the server. Others than that, we have to fix the system bugs and also correct the sentences and spelling.

We finished all the things almost 9 O'clock. OT !!!! T_T! Luckily is Friday....if not...i really tired and not enought sleep.

Day 4 Week 7

It's Thursday again! Today just continue doing the video editing. For this task, I have to insert the text for some of the parts that clients needed.Besides that, I also make some design and animation for the text like fade in/out and animate the position.

Around 4pm, i did the video editing task and continue to update the website. Tomorrow is the last day to help the client insert the data, so they provided a lot of information and keep changing the information today. So, I just keep doing update and  amendment.

Today just same like last few days, a lot of things to do.... so the time pass so fast. And i back at 7o'clock. Tired! 

Day 3 Week 7

Today just a busy day! Once I reach the company, I just keep on data update! Before lunch, I finished one website update, and after lunch, I continue re-checking the second website (UTA) in order to make sure that website nothing wrong data input.

After done the previous 2 websites, I continue the third one, this website is one of the websites that have a lot of information. Because of this website is huge and big clients, every day I have to keep update new information and keep changing the information after getting feedback from clients. So today don't have any meeting just have to finish the task i hand on.

Before I leave the company, Sam(Director) assigned me another task about the video editing. And this task I have to finish it before Friday. Goshh...... T_T 

Day 2 Week 7

Today is " good"! Early in the morning, I have a meeting with Bryan (Director). I think I should do more note because I  responsible data input for few websites. So today meeting we discuss 2 websites data input and the finishing.

So basically, both of the websites I have done 80% data update and the left are information not confirm and pending. After 2 hours of meeting, my pressure increase and I don't have any sleepy mood! After lunch, I immediately rush back to the company in order to finish all the update.

Some of the information, I have to pass to Zul (Colleague) to design because he mostly in charge design.  While waiting he doing the design, I continue another website data update. Every time I finished the update, I have to double check the whole things, because I have many times insert the data wrongly. So I really have to pay attention while doing data input.

Is about 6.30pm sharp, Zul (colleague) haven finish the design, so I plan to leave the company early in order to avoid the traffic jam, and tomorrow I just update the design picture early in the morning.

Day 1 Week 7

Monday blue! T_T  After reach the company, 3 directors Bryan, Sam, and Tung asked us to come meeting room to talk about the new system Thunderbird. And the continue, only me and Melvin (Colleague) meeting with Bryan. This second meeting is to discuss about the website update information.

After finished all the meeting, I start to update. And Bryan assigned another website to solve the issues that listed down by clients. So I finished solving the site problem and informed Bryan(Director) before leaving the company.

Day 5 Week 6

Today just continue yesterday task. I done re-correct the alignment because got another task waiting for me. After lunch, i conitnue another new task. that task I have to update 50++ pictues on the portfolio page. So, i have to resize the picture and upload. It sound like easy but it take a lot of time....

This task Bryan(Director) needs me to finish it end of the day. Shit...is end of the day T_T. I can feel that OT is waitng for me again. In order to back home early, i try to seep up finish the task. And really thanks a lot to Vincent(Colleague)! He helps me update another page while i still doing the portfolio page. Hmm..said the truth, if without his help, i think i have to OT again. Really thanks alot Vincent!

Day 4 Week 6

Today just finished one of the website data input. Example like do some arrangement of the data , create a table for insert picture in order the pictures can responsive view. This task I finished within 4 hours.

After that meeting with Sam(Director) to discuss the video editing tasks. He listed down what I suppose to do and what the video issues. Once we did the meeting, I immediately back to the studio and start editing in order can finish early and no more OT......

HAHAHAHA! Finally, I finished the video editing and it's 8 o 'clock. Shit ! Non-stop doing, but still OT. T_T! And Bryan(Director) told me, tomorrow still have tasks I need to do. So he asked me to finish one of the websites that I current doing data input as fast as possible because the task tomorrow he give is quite urgent. T_T

Day 3 Week 6

Today OT again! All the tasks really kill me down. I start to do the tasks once I reach the company, but still stay late. They really take me like a full-time employee. It's intern, so I can't do anything, just have to keep doing.

What I did today is same   just call the client to clarify the new data they provided. After that i just keep updating the data. So, the most waste time is doing the video editing, this video editing projects really took me almost whole day, and haven finish yet!!!

Tomorrow have to do like hell again~....~! Fight!!!!

Day 2 Week 6

It's another week! This week i just have to work four days because yesterday Labour day!So today is Tuesday blue....T_T

Today just keep updating the data like image and do some adjustment details same like last weeks. After that, Sam(Director) assigned me to cut some videos, and tomorrow will do some video editing. Today look like me just do some simple simple staff, but actually is really  a lot have to do!!! And tomorrow a lot of tasks waiting for me to finishT_T.

Oh yea, after Sathya(Colleague) resigned last week, and today another new member joined this company to replaced Sathya. Btw, is boy...no girl. So sad! And i forget what his name....hahah.

Day 5 Week 5

Early in the morning, i reach Taylor's uni at 7 o'clock in order to collect the RM250 vouchers! haha....So...yesterday I told Same(Director) today i may late get in company. I felt lucky that i come today, becuase it's a last day to collect vouchers! hahah

After i collected, i rush back to work and reach at 10.50pm. Still early~! Then i straight continue yesterday tasks. I called the client to get the infomation and ensure what issues they facing.It was a really greate experience can make a call with client. Once i finished the call, i take a note and talk to Bryan(Director) what the client needed and what to do.

Because of a lot of taks waiting for me, so i just temporary ignored just now that task and continue another one. That one is really rush, so i plan to finish some section end of the day. And today i OT again....! Shit.! And the issues is my programming skill too bad. A normal e-form for senior they may be just need 1 or 2 hours, but for me...is whole long day..even OT! Really.....sigh...

Oh yea. Today is another colleague last day, and after today i think next week the studio wont be noisy again, and it will be library. Quiet like hell! Said the truth, it really thought of Sathya leaving. Btw, really really thanks her for guide me, help me and also keep play with me. haha

So.... I done two e-forms at 8o'clock !!!! Happy weekends and Happy Labour day!!!Woohooo!!!

Day 4 Week 5

Today what I do is continue data update.  All of us went to papparich to have a  farewell dinner because one of my colleague Sathya going to resign this company tomorrow. So tomorrow is her last days, and also another intern YeeXin. Today is her last day intern in Entertop Sdn Bhd.

Although we just know each others one month, but they really friendly and helpful. After lunch, we all take the selfie and group photo together. After that, we continue to do our work. So actually today is also a busy day for me because I have to recheck the small mistake and edit and also redesign one of the section layouts. So.....the tasks too much and I can't finish on today....and tomorrow i just continue!!!

Day 3 Week5

Today Tuesday blue!T_T  I continue to update my yesterday task and almost 90% finish but, Sam(Director) prompt me and Sathya(Colleague) to get in the meeting room before lunch. So he start to discuss one of the big projects and go through page by page because he just finished meeting wth the client yesterday. (Actually, this project I started last 3 weeks early)

Afte that, we stop the meeting and went to lunch with all the colleague. The meeting continues  after lunch. OMG.   The meeting finished, and too many issues that I have to fix and also a lot of data waiting for me to input! I started feeling pressure after the meeting. Because the most data section part, i have to redesign all the arrangement. This is really shit!

So i just finish all the samll small things first. Then tomorrow, i think will me more busy ! shitT_T

Day 2 Week5

Today also a busy day. But..... the good thing is today a bit freedom because two directors went for meeting early in the morning. So, I feel comfortable doing my task which is continue my yesterday data input. Finally, I updated 50% of the directory data. 

From 10am update the data until 5 pm, after that Tung(Director) assigned me and Vincent(Colleague) task again. And today I OT 30 minutes! This is because Tung (Director) need me update finish by today, and I just immediately start the another task update once i complete the 50% data input of directory. 

I finished updating the task and l prompt Tung (Director) before i leave.

Day 1 Week 5

It's another week! Monday blue again. after reach company 30 minutes, our company introduce the new system and give us a one-hour training class. This system actually is a task management system. So what task i recently handle and meeting everything have to apply inside the schedule. This system is a perfect system, we can chit-chat inside, open a group , set a schedule and also upload a document. Kind of facebook and some of the task schedule combination system. It names " Zoho Project"

After end the training, we all start to play around the system and set task, change profile picture. Once done all the things, I start to continue to update the data input into the directory. 500 plus data i have to upload to the directory, and this task i have to finish this coming Wednesday. OMG!!!!!!

Day 5 Week 4

T.G.I.F again! haha. Time pass really fast, it's Friday again. Today I keep continuing update the others website. So early in the morning, Sathya(colleague) pass me a issues checklist in order to confirm that I fix the issues. So I finished what I can do and left the hardest part.

Because of Sam(Director) assigned me to handle one of the websites. He wants me to confirm the website don't have any mistakes, and if I face any problem I should find others to solve the problem. So after I done my part, I have to brief my senior the technical issues one by one. ( Actually, I can fix that problem, because of my poor skill, they not allow me first.T_T) Is okay!

Before leave, Sam (Director) going to teach me how to insert the coordinate date into the site, then i just told him i done almost 10%. Ane he was so shocked. haha. 

Day 4 Week 4

Today really tired. Once I reach the company, my colleague assigned me to finish a new website date input by today. It's ordered by Sam(Director). After 2 hours, Sam(Director) called me to his office and ask about the another previously site data input. He needs me to double check the mistake and recorrect the details again and again by today.

So, after that all, i set my task schedule and start the task! Btw, Sam(Director) told me that, if I can't finish all by today I have to stay late. Wtf!!! It's really a lot! Is okay, I accepted the challenging.

When rushing something, the time sure pass so fast! And I stay until 8 just back.

My colleagues all feel pity for me because I'm just an intern and I have to do like full time.  And they told me this is always Asian company style, one people do multiple works and as their employee, we have to reach early and leave late.

Day 3 Week 4

Today not that busy. After I reached the company, I immediately skype Sam(Director) to send me a checking site paper. Sam (Director) replied me in a second. I go to the meeting room with one of my colleague named zul. After that Sam ( Director) recap back yesterday meeting discussion which is assigned me to do the site checking. It's is about go through the website page by page in order to match the-the design layout. So, Sam (Director) asked Zul (Colleague) to guide me if I need any help or any documents.

And the meeting finished, we get back to the studio and I immediately start to update my task schedule. I finished the checking site before lunch. It doesn't take a lot of time because I just have to mention on the paper what mistake and what different between the actual website and the original layout design of the website.

Once I finished the task. After finished the lunch I continue to do another task which is edit details and typography in order all the fonts size is presentable and series. So, today I just finish 30%. Hope can finish it by tomorrow. Working life!!!!!!!

Day 2 Week 4

It's Tuesday. Early in the morning, i reached company sharp at 9 O'clock and continue yesterday work. Finally I finished the directory data updated! It's really a lot!! After that ,one of my colleague Sthya pass me a task about the data coordinate. The task is look simple but actually it is troublesome.  This is because some of the address i cant coordinate it, and i have to do research about it and lock that place on Google Map. This task really need to take time.

After that, Sam(Director) meeting with me to discuss about the client website. He needs me to recheck all the information that i inserted last week and pay attention about the typography and details. So i have to prepare and start the task tomorrow.

Before leave, i submitted the coordinate task to Tung.

Day 1 Week 4

Today continue updating the information. 2 directors went out and left one director in the office, and two more colleagues take leave. It's Monday and also a bored day! And I not feel sleepy anymore and finished one of my tasks. That task actually not easy and not hard, just upload the information and make sure it readability and tidy.

After that, I also insert the data for another website, it's something like the directory, that one really a lot. if not mistaken, inside have 500 information about the education places I have to upload to the directory store....huh....really.......a lot have to do.T_T Monday blueeeeeeee

Day 5 Week 3

Time flies, week 3 of my internship already. Today still doing some website data input, It's too much to do. So, I same like other days, keep typing the keyboard.haha.  4 O'clock, I have a discussion with Bryan(Director) about one the website. Because last two days, the client talked a lot and his idea keeps changing, and this makes me feel like a bit messy about the information.

Btw, really have to thanks, Bryan guide me and gave me a nice experience. Sometimes i really feel him like a lecture more than boss! haha

Day 4 Week 3

Today I have to study the brochure company that I meet up yesterday before make some changing of the website.  Today Once i reached the company, I start to study the brochure, but this brochure took me like whole day to study, this is because all the files are so messy!!! And Bryan (Director) didn't free, so we didn't discuss today.

So the discussion between me and Bryan(Director) will be postponed tomorrow. Actually, today is really free, but the brochure really make me  headache!

Day 3 Week 3

Wake up early and go to work. Yeah..working again. Today do practices on how to understand and create the company website layout structure. And also, learn about the SQLite. This is about the backend of the website, just like create a database. After I do some research about the SQLite, It's really not that easy because it related to PHP and can be said as the core of the website.

Bryan(Director) decide to bring to meet with the clients at 2 o'clock. After finished meetup clients, I listed down all the things that clients needed to update and change. I will send the list to Bryan tomorrow to compare the information In order to get all the information clear and true.

Day 2 Week 3

Same like yesterday, woke up early and continue my internship life. These few weeks just keep doing the data update, it's quite boring. Because of too many tasks, so it's still okay for me. Today nothing special task. Before back home, Tung(one of the director) asked me to prepare and self-learning builds the website template by using their cms system. So he wants me fast finish up the data input tasks that I handle now in order can start learning that new thing.

Day 1 Week 3

Yeah is another Monday blue again and this is my third week working here! Today just continue last week contents update because tomorrow is the due date!!

Haha. It's really a lot of information have to update. Because of too many data have to update, time passed so fast and I can't even feel sleepy! Before leaving the company, I found the website have little bugs, so I just inform the senior programmer to fix it ....

Day 5 Week 2

Yeah. Is Friday! T.G.I.F! Today feel like super energy to do any task.haha. Is the second week, and I continue updating the contents. Although it's so boring, but I get to improve my HTML skill. Otherwise, one of the tasks that I mentioned last few days, I finally was done! That task is a help to find out a problem videos.

While doing the updating data, I lack some information. So I asked one of my colleague help me request to the client to get the information. And Time really fast when i focus doing something........Happy weekend! :p

Day4 Week 2

Today continue the same website contents update. After few days keep updating the website, I gained a lot of knowledge that school never teach which is we must listen to the client and help them solve the problems. Otherwise, every project has their due date and it's really rush, like today I supposed to leave the company at 6.30pm sharp but in order to complete the task I late. haha. Well, that's mean I pay a lot of attention while doing things!

So before leaving the company, I report to the director my progress and inform that the website has little bugs. 

Day3 Week2

Really a lot of information have to update. When doing the update, I have to pay attention to alignment and typography, if not...the whole website will be weird and ugly! Well, i use whole day to finish the update, but still cant. 

Someitimes when finished update, once the client call for change something. I have to reupdate the new info. So what i do today is still update the contents data.

Day 2 Week 2

Today job is continue updating the contents. Luckily that I learnt the basic coding like html or css before, so I can handle it every time task come. It looks like easy, but it took me one day / even more to do the contents update. So th see contents update include a lot of things for example picture, articles, files, video and also have the button link.

While doing the update, one of the director Byran sent me two folders of videos. So I have to find out which videos has problems.  Really a lot job to do. So what I learn recently is time management. I have to treasure and perfectly use the time in order to finished the job before due date.

Day 1 Week 2

Today I continues update the website work. There have a lot of websites I have to update, so..... sometimes I update different type of websites at the same time. Every time I update the contents, this make me more understand the coding and how the management system of the websites.

Others than that, I also learnt one of the important things before publishing the website, which is "UTP". Mean do checking on the website in order find out problems. This help to make sure the website can publish perfectly.

Day 5

Finally, it's Fridays! I still continue updating the one of the websites, because it's really lot information have to update. After updated roughly 80%. One of a director give a task again is about  editing the video and make some effect.But this task is for next week, he just asked me to prepare everything first.

So what I finished today is designed the two layout wireframe of " Watch & Win Contest " and some of the update of the website. This week is my first week, and it really push me hard and I starting immersed in work. So....happy weekend!

Day 4

After reach habit, take a breath and start thinking what should do. Continue the update website, because of the web site lot of things to update so it takes a lot of time. I finished create the table and update some of the sponser logo of the website. Otherwise, i have to create a new page and insert the social media link and lack of some infomation, so i have to request to the client. In order to get that information, i seek for my colleague call to the client.

So html and css is what i use for update the website. The task keep coming, haven finish the task, another task come again. It's pressure but it challenging! 

Day 3

Today is good day! Sam assigned me to do some update of the website. So before start update everything, i have to list down all the issues that clients told us on tuesday. It has a lot of issues like renew the photo, some articles update , table update and also create  new page. After listd down the issues, i submitted to Sam. while waiting his respond, i do revision myself.  I access the exercise system and play around the bootstrap in order to finish the project faster once i get Same reply. 

It's day 3,  and i feeling that pressure is coming.....

Day 2

Today they give me some task to do like play around the html and cms in their own cms. The task is to solve some of the small issues of the website. It's really boring, and i feel sleppy too.

After lunch, the manager called me and another senior designer go to the meeting room, and what the meeting talk about is we have to help the client update the data and also do some changes. I thought just a little bit, but i was wrong! There a lot of issues i have to solve and upgrade, the manager asked me to hand on this task, and he said that it sure a good test for you.

Ya, it really good task and experiences for me but it also bring me pressure. And i just realized that today just only my second day of intern. hahahah!!! Really challenging....

Day 1

Yeah. I choose Entertop as my internship company. It's a company that all about website. What i really want is to expand my technical of create a website. This is one of the reason i choose it. The best thing is this company quite near my house, so i believe it's my best choice and i can really enjoy my internship period.

Today is my first day intern. This is a small company, so my colleague not that much but both of them nicer and friendly. Of course the manager and the boss too! First thing that asked me to do is to study their website structure. And also play around their own website backend system in order to get friendly with it.

They also gave me some exercise to do in order to test my knowledge of the programming and cms. Other than that, they so good to teach me a lot althought it just my first day! I know it's really hard for   the continue days, weeks and months. But i can feel it, this experience will bring me to another level!
